In this episode I talk about life events, things going on, and things on my mind. I talk a little about my thoughts on coronavirus and The Bachelor. I also talk about cutting out television for the kids this week and how that's going so far. Lastly, I mentioned the recent event I spoke at and how that went. I talk a little about meditation and anxiety as well.

In this episode I chat with Samantha Paolucci about her experiences with postpartum anxiety following the birth of her twins and the loss of her infant daughter. I was born with Spina Bifida and severe Scoliosis which have affected how my children were born and how I raise them. I also share misconceptions, assumptions, and comments people have all made towards me and other disabled moms.
