My guest today is Anna Hatchard, Anna is a healthcare professional with over 30 years’ experience as a clinical practitioner of physical therapy and teacher in neurological rehabilitation, working mainly with people who are living with the effects of a stroke.

Anna’s entrepreneurial tendency led her to found two start-ups in novel areas. The latest, Laughter Lab, is a bespoke service working with employers to create and maintain optimal worker wellbeing using evidence-based tools. Her pioneering, explorative approach reflects

her wealth of enthusiasm, experience and expertise. Anna offers a balanced approach to

laughter and levity, exploring individual applications to improve all aspects of health.

Anna recently completed a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology, publishing a qualitative study on laughter yoga in the European Journal of Applied Positive Psychology in 2021. Click

yoga suggests stress inoculation. Anna combines physiotherapy and positive psychology

background with practical intelligence to inspire others to take laughter seriously.
