Launa's Ladies Of Country Music Podcast

I dig into the ACM Award nominations, especially which ladies are nominated for Female Artist of the Year and New Female Artist of the Year.

Plus, Maren Morris is tied with Thomas Rhett for the most nominations this year.

The award show airs on April 5th with host Keith Urban.

In episode #3 I am joined by Tenille Townes!

I sat down with her backstage at the Tortuga Music Festival and I was so excited to get to speak with her. She has a different sound, different look and a different spin on lyrics - definitely someone you want to keep your eye on. She also tells the story of how at 9-years-old she ended up on stage with Shania Twain!

Hi, I'm Launa! I am the music director for a top 20 market country music radio station in Tampa, Florida.

In my podcast, I am going to do my best to shine a light on the ladies trying to make it in country music. My first guest, Caylee Hammack! She is a spitfire and her song "Family Tree" is awesome.

She talks about why she may need to invest in velcro pajamas, what tip did she take from Garth Brooks and how her sister's bad habit inspired her first single.
