Two big concepts and understandings have become very real. 1) You're only as good as your team. (Yes, sales bring in the business, but without your operations and support team, you've lost before you begin.) 2) You're NOTHING without partners. (As a third-party you are only as good as your selected suppliers. If they do not reflect the IMAGE, you wish to bring forth, believe in the power of CREDIBILITY and know understand important both corporate & personal BRAND is.) Then they are not partners that will take you to the next level and help your business grow long-term. You always have two choices every minute of every day. Choose High-Performance when you sell, NOT the other option of procrastination and defeat. If you sell, you're going to come across a lot of No's.
