A lot of people think of launch mode as this big to-do when you are launching something maybe once a year or once a quarter. You gear up, and you do a big launch.  But when it comes to launch mode, I want you to shift your thinking a little bit. If you are not fully booked in your business, you are actually always in launch mode, or at least you should be.  Launch mode = Sales mode.
