This is an insight into what is happening in the Hotel & Hospitality Industry during this time of covid19 lockdown.  It has affected many lives from job and income loss, to health and safety.  We shared an open conversation to see where this industry will head towards Q4 going into 2021.

About Pawan Deepak:

Pawan is the Senior Director – US Operations for Westmont Hospitality Group Los Angeles, CA.

In the hotel business for over 35 years, in his current position for the past 10 years.  Head of  Hotel Operations for a hotel portfolio of 25 hotels of various Brands including Hilton, Embassy Suites, Doubletree, Marriott, and Hyatt located throughout the US.  In this capacity, fully responsible for financial performance, operations and revenue generation of each hotel, as well as  Brand standards.  Prior to this role,  he has worked in hotels in various capacities, including as a General Manager.

His educational background is in BSc  Hotel and Restaurant Management, Florida International University, Miami, FL and MBA Marketing, Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA.

Dr. Coombs served in the Marine Corps, earned credentials at USC, and resides in California, raising a family while practicing as a Therapist.  It is always a pleasure to have him here, as we advocate for overall life wellness and 100% no Fluff.

As we experience this current COVID19 pandemic that has kept us on lockdown and social distancing, I have decided to open this conversation and share my insight & personal thoughts on how to shift from something negative to keep moving forward.

As Founder, CEO of Launch Your Wealth, it is to share a voice, share a message of positivity, and encourage you to "push" through and that you too, can do something that will help towards your transformation especially right now. 

I have been there, done that, and perhaps, in a new journey that I have embarked on that I cannot look back anymore, but to keep going forward and make something MORE out of this new decade of 2020, to the future.

About Dr. Coombs:

Native of Baltimore, Maryland.  15 year Marine Corps veteran.  Husband, father, and now Doctor of Social Work.  William Completed both his Master of Social Work and Doctor of Social Work degrees at the University of Southern California.  He and his wife have launched Talk Tailor, Inc. a platform designed to change the way mental health services are delivered, reduce negative stigma, and open the idea of mental health to demographics who have traditionally rejected it.  

His professional goal is to unlock the full potential inside everyone he meets.  He recognizes the importance of having people truly invested in his success and he aims to become that source for many others.  His method is to circumvent overly-replicated counseling techniques and to instead reintroduce the value of just being real.  

Dr. Coombs believes that the ability to connect with a person on a human level is far more important than any credential and his practice aims to follow this methodology.
