Why Chores are so Hard with ADHD (And Tips to do them more easily!)
I have ALWAYS hated cleaning. Just the word “Chores” sends me running in the opposite direction. I have read countless articles, books and expert tips to get myself to clean. Some things have worked (laundry and dishes are things I no longer struggle with), but there are still many cleaning tasks that continue to be challenging for me. In this episode we will dig into why chores often create huge obstacles for ADHD brains and highlight some strategies that actually have a chance at making them easier. Spring is here… let’s start some ADHD-Friendly Spring Cleaning!
