Today we are done with OT - and now we are back to focusing on ourselves - lets do this - 10/10/10 in the morning, 5/5/5 on our breaks and 20/20/20 after work  - even if the 20 minutes in the middle is reading a book - TAKE CARE OF YOU - before you land in a 6ft hole because of them, lol.  

Love the work you do - it will get you thru and help me help you.  if you want to be a team there are 12 months in a year.....not just one - two dozen today -
