After the passing of her father Laura left her corporate job and travelled to India where she found her passion In yoga and meditation which changed the course of her life bringing her to where she is today. Laura set up Umbrella Wellness in 2017 with the aim to help people with their mental and physical health in order to have a greater work life balance.
