In 2023 he Co-Founded ADHD Now to help build an end to end diagnosis and treatment solution for his own ADHD which previously did not exist in Ireland.

This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O’Connell is Harry Greaney. At just 20 years old, Harry was told he had synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. He's battled it not once, not twice, but three times. When doctors could no longer save his arm, Harry had to undergo an amputation.

She has released 3 EPs of original music including Overnight, which was long-listed for a Grammy Award. Caroline is currently going through her own journey after being diagnosed with cancer.

This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O’Connell is Danny Mullins. Danny Mullins is a national hunt jockey from Kilkenny. He took the Irish & UK racing world by storm with many Grade 1 winners under his belt. Blood is thicker than water in the Mullins family, with horse racing running through their veins. Danny is a son of successful trainers Tony & Mags Mullins, which makes him nephew of champion trainer Willie Mullins. As a 16-year-old, Danny had his first winner in Leopardstown with My Girl Sophie and like they say the rest is history.

This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O’Connell is Fergus Farrell. Fergus knows what it means to hit rock bottom and to rise again. After a workplace accident in 2018 left him paralysed from the waist down, he was told he’d never walk again. But through relentless determination and a refusal to be defined by limitation, he walked out of the hospital and walked 206 Km across Ireland.

Debbie is Ireland’s second ever winch man working with the Irish coast guard search and rescue helicopter team. She also featured on RTE’s hit show Ultimate Hell Week.

This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O’Connell is Liam Daniels. Liam is the chairman of the All-Ireland GAA Golf Challenge. Run on an entirely voluntary basis in which all proceeds go to charitable causes, the Challenge is the premier golf competition for GAA members. The Challenge has been raising funds for GAA-affiliated causes in need for several years most recently helping out with the Dylan Quirke Foundation.

Clare, excels as an instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and composer. With a background in classical and traditional music, Tara’s illustrious career is full with prestigious awards. For 7 years, she led in ‘Riverdance,’ the Grammy-winning show, captivating global audiences. She’s toured extensively across Europe, Asia, America, and Canada. She spends a lot of time travelling the world with her music. Also, Tara’s dad is Padraig Howley – music runs in the family!

This week’s guest on Stand Out with Ian O’Connell is Killarney woman Sarah Leahy. Sarah is an Irish sprinter. She has represented Ireland at the World Athletics Championships and has won Irish national indoor titles over 60 metres. She was part of the Irish woman’s 4 × 100 metre relay team who broke the Irish national record.

This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O’Connell is Hannah O’Sullivan. Hannah is from Portmagee and was born with cerebral palsy. She does a lot of fundraising and is an advocate for people with disabilities. Hannah is currently doing the Radio Broadcasting and digital journalism course that I done myself and she hopes to one day work in the industry, not letting her disability hold her back.
