A mini reflection on how being a mother sometimes means putting all the rest of your life on hold to really honour the moment, your child and yourself. Nothing is as important as fully living in the present.

Thinking about what privilege has meant to my personal journey and how experiences like migration can widen our view of the world, make us more embodied, enrich our spiritual life and ultimately make us truly compassionate.
