Unable to find a clean hot sauce that satisfied his desire for maximum heat without compromised flavor, Señor Lechuga started creating his own in his kitchen in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The test batch sold out immediately. So together with his (then-very-pregnant) wife, who is the creative complement to his culinary passion, a brand was born. Now, along with their baby boy, they run the ever-growing business.
