296. Lauren Pahl

Lauren Pahl has been our intern since February of this year, executing content coordination and various marketing tasks for The Backpocket.  In addition to marketing work, she has helped with putting on Boatchella over the summer and helped with much of the work that went into Best Christmas Ever.  Lauren is a junior at the University of St. Thomas studying Marketing and she is involved in the Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity and Sports Business Club there.  We discuss how Lauren got involved with The Backpocket, the way she's navigated finding various jobs as a college student during a pandemic, the map we've made and our dreams for future expansion of the company, the importance of being a listener, and much more.  Enjoy!
