The tri state area, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut will be launching legal adult use of cannabis rules and regulations. Each of those states will be creating jobs, with different laws governing employment. Compliance and regulation dictates the nascent cannabis businesses that are about to start to open their doors in all three states. Former Federal Attorney Lauren Paxton presented the state specific laws at the recent NECANN conference in Atlantic City NJ.
