Gare Allen was born in 1969 in Tampa, Florida where he currently resides. Years of metaphysical study resulted in The 7 Lessons Series and The Dead: A True Paranormal Story. Gare talked about law enforcement cases shared with him where police have had paranormal encounters, to include one where the person who answered the door was already deceased and another involving a young child being picked up 10 feet off the ground by an unseen force.
