Two separate lawsuits are challenging Wisconsin’s congressional maps, just months ahead of the midterms. The first argues that the current voting districts are a partisan gerrymander favoring Republican candidates.
The second, filed by Law Forward in July, argues that the maps are an anti-competitive gerrymander.
