The book of Proverbs reveals a significant fact: there is a remedy for all the ailments of our depraved and foolish hearts. The remedy? Wisdom. Wisdom has the power to correct all the shortcomings of our sin nature. It is obtained through the fear of the Lord, a relationship with God that results in submissive obedience to his commands (Proverbs 1:7).  Wisdom is revealed in God’s Holy Word, the Bible. Wisdom is passed on through teachers; and the primary teachers of wisdom, as this section of Proverbs emphasizes, are parents.  This Sunday we will see what God says about The Law Of Work.
