This is the follow-up show to Wrestlemania 17, so it comes right after Steve Austin's infamous heel turn and alliance with Vince McMahon and Triple H. On this night Austin and Triple H will compete in a winner-take-all match against Undertaker and Kane for the WWF Title, the Intercontinental Title, and the Tag Titles.

We've also got Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit in an Ultimate Submission Match, Shane McMahon vs. Big Show in a Last Man Standing Match, and William Regal vs. Chris Jericho in a Dutchess of Queensbury Rules Match, whatever that is.
