Lawfare is an instrument of political warfare long wielded by the radical left and their unlikely Sharia-supremacist allies. It uses lawsuits to suppress, bankrupt and, if possible, destroy their opponents.

Elaine Donnelly’s invaluable Center for Military Readiness is under such attack for effectively opposing one of the most lunatic of Barack Obama’s wrecking operations aimed at the U.S. military – namely, his insistence that the armed forces submit to the so-called “transgender” agenda.

Lawfare is being waged against President Trump, too, simply because he has tried to prevent the harm to the readiness, good order and discipline and morale of servicemembers that is inevitably associated with accommodating individuals with gender-related disorders.

The Commander-in-Chief and Ms. Donnelly’s Center for Military Readiness need our strong support for their respective fights in court against such social engineering at the expense of our national security.
