The summer movie season is upon us, and it seems like it nothing more than a 1970's Television schedule. Why do some remakes work and some don't? what are the best and the worst? Pat & Jeff take a trip down Memory Lane to chat about some of their favorites from the past and some of the new favor rites as well as the despised remakes.

Jeff and Pat explore the unseemly world of Civil Forfeiture, in which the Government can simply take your money. Without convicting you of a crime, without even charging you with a crime. How is this even legal? Can you get your money back? Or is this just another example of the voracious appetite for money that every government has?

THROW THE BUM'S OUT!!!! you hear every two years. So, Pat and Jeff take a stroll through "What If?" Land and talk about should we throw them all out? Could we throw them all out? And what happens if we do throw them all out?

Will chaos ensue, or would there be some sort of serendipitous awakening that would lead to better times in America?

For that matter, isn't this how busy people of the 21st Century want to consume the news? But is it just a trend or is this the new normal?
