Yesterday SCOTUS declined to review two vital Second Amendment cases involving assault weapons and large capacity magazine bans. Though Justice Kavanaugh in concurrence with the denial writes that they'll take on these issues "in a year or two," in the meantime tens of millions of Americans are being denied their Second Amendment rights.
