Here's lesson 5 billion as to why you should not hire your divorce attorney for your first injury case π₯ We got a call recently where someone had been going to the joint chiropractic for 18 months and spent over $10,000 paying the joint outta their own pocket π©³ And the problem with the joint is they'll never refer you out for MRIs, imaging, or anything like that π€·ββοΈ They'll just pop it back and do nothing for you other than just cracking your back 𦴠Many times what you've gotta do is you've gotta get referred out for future medical care. And so your divorce attorney is likely not to know that π€¨ If you're considering using someone that doesn't do purse injury exclusively, I'm gonna caution you against it β οΈ Definitely think twice about it βοΈ Becuase, obviously, if you ask them: βHey, do you do injury cases, they're gonna say, oh, absolutely I do πβ Cause they wanna get your case. But you need to be asking them the right questions. For example: βHey, when's the last time you tried a jury trial for any jury case? When was the last time you negotiated a case? What's the highest settlement you've ever gotten? What's the highest verdict you've ever gotten?β Ask those questions because those are really, really important. It's gonna help you get to the root of whether or not they're the right attorney for your case βοΈ Follow me for more πΒ @lawyertyson #lesson #divorce #divorceattorney #injurycase #chiro #chiropractor #joint #referral #injury #jury #injurycase
