Southfield's Kajy Law Firm gave away 100 Graco car seats in Southfield today as part of Child Passenger Safety Week. Michigan’s new car seat laws require kids to stay rear-facing until at least age two. Police installed the new seats addressing misuse that affects nearly 9 in 10 child car seats installations statewide. WWJ Tim Pamplin reports.
