How should christians sweat the small stuff?

How we, as the body of Christ, should and should not relate to each other when discussing doctrine.

When a Brother/Sister in Christ, Family member, Wife/Husband, and on confess Sin to you. How do we react when the sin can be upsetting or even hurtful in our perspective. 

When a friend or loved one confesses a sin to you, how do you react? Do you pull away in disgust, anger, disbelief.......or kindness and love?

If there really is only one God, then don't all religions ultimately worship the same God? Is "co-exist" even a real thing?

The world cries for religious tolerance, makes the claim God is universal. We should all just coexist because after all, we all worship the same God.

.........or do we???

Faith and Works.....What's the difference? Does one's faith save, or are works required?
