For our very first episode, we sit down with Lazaro Montoto from Tropical Grille. Lazaro started Tropical Grille, along with his wife Shadid Montoto, in Greenville, South Carolina back in 2010. We recently sat down with him when he opened his 11th restaurant located in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
