This is a discussion regarding steps our guests took to be successful in the civilian sector and what advice they have to you, the audience.
Certain questions we addressed include (for example):
1.            What drove you to join the service?
2.            At what point in your career did you consider exiting the service?  Was there a specific event that led to your decision?
3.            Did experience and/or education play a part in your transition?
4.            Were you prepared to become a civilian again?
5.            Any advice for those making that transition now and/or for those who will be making that transition later on?

We wanted to include perspectives on how to get a strategy, mentor, and an open mind when it comes to your pivot.
