In our series 'A Life That is Set in Order,' we explore Romans 12:1-2, where Paul urges us to live lives consumed with God. The foundation of such a life is knowing Jesus Christ as your Savior. Without this cornerstone, no amount of Bible reading or prayer can truly set your life in order. Building on this foundation, a life set in order is guided by consistent Bible reading and prayer, aligning our will with God's will. Paul calls us to present our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable to God. This means living a life that glorifies God, rejecting the consumerist culture around us, and allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us. By doing so, we can prove what is the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. This week, challenge yourself to live sacrificially, seeking God's will in every aspect of your life and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you.

John 12:1-11 presents a serene moment in Jesus' life, just days before His crucifixion. In this passage, Jesus spends time with His close friends—Mary, Martha, and Lazarus. Martha serves joyfully and without complaint, having witnessed Jesus' power in raising her brother from the dead. Mary worships Jesus extravagantly, anointing His feet with costly ointment and wiping them with her hair, unashamed of her devotion despite criticism. Lazarus, raised from the dead, serves as a living testimony to Jesus' power, drawing many to believe in Him. These moments offer profound lessons on joyful service, unashamed worship, and powerful witness. By applying these lessons, we can deepen our faith and positively impact those around us, reflecting the power and love of Jesus in our lives.
