  • The Wisdom of Kings
When examine the beginning of both David and Saul's kingships, you really find more similarity's than differences. That difference however is the most consequential. One king was purified through his sin and struggling's, while the other grew further and further apart from the Lord which drove him further from those he was called to serve. One grew in earthly wisdom which is unspiritual and demonic, while the other abounded in heavenly wisdom as he was purified through his fear of God. We learned from Pastor Matthew Perot and brother Carlos Rueda in this message entitled "The Wisdom of Kings" how as kings we build the house through the 7 facets of wisdom found in the book of James.

  • Secure Kings
Asad Robinson and Nolan Hewitt are secure kings, making secure kings. They put on display what it looks like to be secured as kings through obedience to the king which leads supporting your brother kings in what they are called to do. Because a King was to constantly be reminded of who they were as kings and what they were supposed to do as kings, they would always have in mind the responsibility of honoring their brothers. We honor our brothers by assigning the same weight to them our God has.

  • Manifest Destiny
"Manifest Destiny" was truly powerful and a reminder of our divine calling as a community. We were reminded of our unique purpose, inspired by passages like Ephesians 4:15-16 and Haggai 2:9, to grow together in love and support each other sacrificially. This sermon highlighted our shared destiny to impact the world through unity and personal sacrifices as seen in the life of Barzillai. By seeing each other as kings and pouring out our lives for one another daily, like Paul did in Philippians 2, we can collectively achieve our God-ordained manifest destiny!

  • My Brother, The King
Paul Rosales, Nick Rosales, and Caleb Brown put on display for us from their own lives what it looks like to fight for unity.
From personal examples, they spoke to us about the process they've undergone as a team to make each other kings. It is our greatest honor to give our brothers honor. In doing so we find life. Desire for unity is good, but accomplishes nothing. Taking action is what brings about a tangible shalom that brings the strengthening of both your brother's identity and your own.

  • Involuntary Response
“Involuntary Response” delivered by Pastors Justin and Abimbola centers around the idea of automatic, reflexive actions driven by an internal compulsion. From natural examples of involuntary responses to a transition into a heartfelt message about unity, love, and transformation within the community. This sermon emphasizes the importance of embracing the process of testing and finding joy in God's consistent work in our lives, as illustrated through biblical figures like the Apostle John and King David. It highlights how testing leads to kingly behavior, characterized by serving and unifying brothers according to God's purpose. The culmination to the end of the message was a call to self-reflection, urging the brothers to overcome hindrances to freedom, transparency, and unity, and to commit to serving one another as we glorifying God together.

  • Divine Not Demeaning
As we got a chance to zoom out and reflect on the last 9 months of maturity in our body, we were amazed at what the Lord is doing. Growth is a glorious process, and we are learning to take pleasure in the process the Lord is leading us through. He knows exactly what we need, and when things need to be excised from our lives. He is a faithful farmer who is cultivating our body so that we might produce the greatest harvest we have ever seen. The fullest extent of this harvest of righteousness is experienced as we are laying our lives down in service of our brothers. Brothers Gabriel Stephens and Justin Linton collaborate to preach this inspiring message aimed counting is a divine privilege to serve one another as we have been served.

  • Led Into Identity
It is the Father's good pleasure to lead us into our identity and to make us like him in every way. What we learned from this sermon is that we can also take pleasure in the process the Father is bringing us through because we know what it is producing. Elder Eric, Pastor Slaughter, and Brother Luke Ledesma masterfully led us through the process God took Peter and Paul through to develop a conviction about who they were. Listen to this message and be settled in the process God is taking you through as he is leading you into the fullness of your identity.
