LCM Sermons

What a glorious time we're having at LCM! It is a blessing to have our pastors back from Romania and to hear of all the testimonies of what the Lord is doing out there. “Five Principles of Ministry” delivered by Pastors Judah, Nik and Payton show us what these principles of ministry looks like according to biblical model. Using examples from their own lives and examples of what the Lord is doing there in Romania, we were able to see and walk through a linear progression of what these principles are, and the impact they are having on lives. We were given a treasure this morning that we will cultivate because it is what we need, and it is how the nations will be won!

Called to Change One Life at a Time!

Saints, we ARE walking and living as the sons of the living God. In this body, the revelation that we are sons of God is impacting the way we live in a tangible manner more now that ever before. Our identity has been forged in the presence of God and it is as solidified and unchanging as he is. Let us continue, striving in the fullness of the identity that he has created us to walk in.

This morning we were thoroughly encouraged by all that the Lord is doing in our mist. Pastor Matthew and Pastor Wade walked us through the word on how we are to properly view ourselves in Christ. Because he called us by his name, we must refuse to be called by anything else. With the beautiful imagery set before us in the baby dedication, we show ourselves to be living signs and symbols as a testimony to the greatest of our King! He has called us by his name and we are going to choose to walk in that name with our heads held high!

We have found a limitless strength in the calling to become like our Messiah. He has called us forward to conquer along with him by coming to the end of out ability and tapping into his divine enablement. This message entitled "Tikkun Olam Pt. 2" was a practical exploration of how we tap into that strength & subsequently fulfill his purposes for mankind on the earth. Beginning by faith in the one who called us, we practice the fundamental truth of the faith until we come to the end of our ability, at that point are strengthened from on high. Let us all exert ourselves with all of his strength that so powerfully works within us, and tap in to that supernatural, divine enablement.

We are being stirred up by the Spirit of God and gaining traction into all that the Lord has for us! “Off Season” delivered by Pastor Wade and Brother Abimbola was a word that was aimed directly at our hearts for the purpose of getting us to rise up in our faith. We know it is easy to practice what is right when things are seemingly going in the right direction, but it is entirely different to practice and do what is right when you feel off. Our good Father is teaching us how to go back to our roots by practicing the things that have caused us to stand in the Kingdom. We are going to practice by giving our all until the supernatural breaks out in our lives! This is how we overcome!

Get up Man of God! That's what the spirit of God inside the believer every time he falls. As we are engaging with the fact that we are currently in strict training, none of us like to fail but the truth is that we have the spirit of God as a deposit. It guarantee's that he will strengthen us in our need as we cry out to him. He empowers us beyond our own abilities to enact his will on the earth. Being secured by this revelation, we will move forward in this training regiment and be continually empowered as we do.

This morning we were blessed with a word from heaven by Pastor Matthew and Pastor Payton entitled “Olympiad”. With some historical and cultural background, we gain further insight into Paul’s writings and encouragement to his brothers in Corinth. Every athlete goes into strict training to obtain a crown that will not last while we are called to engage in the strict training that will result in a crown that will last forever! We are not going to waste anytime shadow boxing because we are being led in a triumphal procession that causes us to run straight for the finish line!

Fight! It's as simple as that! We are all being called in our lives individually, and collectively as a body to silence the taunts of the enemy. We're called to lead our families in the righteous path by being men and women of action who surge forward in doing the will of God. This create a momentum that makes our families and our brothers victorious. By taking action and defying our enemies taunts, we will make others dominant in their pursuit to overcome the world. Listen to this inspiring sermon from brothers Paul Rosales and Adam Corra and be provoked for a fight!

Lives are being transformed in our very midst! Ancient enemies are being put under foot and our courage is rising because our king is with us! Brothers Linton and Abimbola delivered an honest, sober, and unfiltered word entitled “Silencing Dogs and Rising Courage”. We grappled with the dogs that are seeking to devour, rob, and downright disqualify us as we are pursuing righteousness. We did this by learning from the lives of men like David how to rise up in the courage that is ours in Christ Jesus and inspire that same courage in other men. Listen to the sermon and confront those barking dogs, silencing them with power from on high and a heavenly reliance on your King!
