Put a challenge up to the universe

Learn to accept any emotion because they will guide you to the steps needed to become the person you ask to be

Recognize that paranoia does not exist it's only an invention of your brain

Show the universe that you have courage to sell

This period of struggle is when you are in the process of changing frequency. You are not able to see it. the only thing you have to do is to carry on and never give up

You don't change frequency only by asking to change frequency you change frequency only by action, therefore act as your are in the new frequency

Say no you have the authority to say no

You will understand that you have changed frequency because your environment has changed you know more talk the talk but you walk the walk
