Les partenariats sont nombreux entre les grandes entreprises et les fédérations sportives. Ou avec des clubs.
Peu de startups se sont pourtant lancées sur ce levier. En France en tout cas.

C'est la question que s'est posée Alexandre Barret, directeur marketing chez Blank, quand il a envisagé de tester ce levier.
Et la réponse est vite apparue : l'escalade.
C'est comme cela qu'a commencé l'histoire du partenariat entre Blank et la FFME (Fédération française de montagne et d'escalade).

En 2023, on est passé de la croissance à tout prix à une croissance ROIste ou chaque euros compte.
De plus en plus, les startups et les marketeurs ont en ligne de mire la rentabilité (et c'est sain !)
Bref, il n'a jamais été aussi important pour le marketing d'avoir une approche ROIstes de ses actions.
Mais identifier les bons leviers, les bons canaux, n'est pas toujours une mince affaire.

Bon, déjà, on dit s'il te plait quand on demande un truc !
Voilà le sujet qui passionne les marketeurs : la présentation commerciale 😐
Blague à part, la présentation commerciale est un exercice imposé dans la plupart des cycles de vente B2B.
L'occasion de transformer un prospect en client... ou de tout gâcher ❌
Un moment crucial donc, qui est pourtant largement sous-estimé, pour ne pas dire bâclé.
Et si l'exercice est vieux comme le monde, la plupart des entreprises font toujours les mêmes erreurs : commencer par 10 slides de présentation de sa boîte, faire une liste à la Prévert de ses fonctionnalités, une slide/une idée... Jusqu'à ce que mort s'en suive ☠️
Pas de panique, j'ai la solution ! Ecoute les conseils d'Henri de Berny, co-fondateur de Prezman, et crée une présentation qui sera à la hauteur de tes enjeux 🚀

De plus en plus utilisées dans l'univers des startups, les études de marché, menées en partenariats avec des instituts indépendants, sont des mines d'or pour les stratégies de contenu.
Déjà parce que tout le monde aime se comparer et voir comment font les autres 🤷♂️
Ensuite, parce qu'elles donnent des données chiffrées très intéressantes sur l'état du marché et surtout qui s'exploitent très facilement dans différents formats de contenu (livre blanc, infographie, webinar, réseaux sociaux...).

C’est pourtant le principal problème des équipes marketing : le manque d’objectifs clairs 🎯
Et il est impossible de mettre en place une tactique efficace si on ne sait pas ce que l’on cible.

Les salons B2B retrouvent la cote.
Après une période plus ou moins difficile suite à la Covid, où ils étaient remis en cause par rapport au ROI, les événements physiques reprennent des couleurs.
Et parmi tous ces événements, il en est un qui attire tous les regards quand on parle startup et innovation.
Vivatech. Le plus gros événement européen du secteur.
Mais s'il attire énormément d'attention et de visiteurs, il attire aussi beaucoup d'exposants. Alors comment sortir du lot ? Comment capitaliser sur cet événement pour en tirer un ROI positif ?

On dit que nul n'est prophète en son pays.
Et si ça changeait ?
En marketing, on est très souvent tourné vers l’externe. Parce qu’on s’intéresse d’abord à nos prospects, à nos clients, aux leads et au trafic.
Et on délaisse l’interne.
Pourtant, le marketing est souvent mal compris par les autres métiers. Et difficile de faire notre métier sans l’appui des autres services.
C’est l’une des raisons qui explique le très fort turnover sur les fonctions marketing.
Alors comment valoriser le marketing en interne ?
C'est la question que j'ai posée à Joel Gaudeul, VP marketing chez Alma, qui vient nous expliquer ce qu'il met en place pour valoriser le marketing auprès de ses collègues.
