Meet Frichel~ She moved to Taiwan from the Philippines (when she was just 19 years old) after meeting her husband (now ex-husband) via a mail-order-bride service. After years of being controlled and abused by her ex, she managed to find a 2nd chance in life and was also in love with the support of her two children Joshua and John.

Frichel has been working as a cheesemaker for 5 years now and she is grateful for everything in her life~ This special lady is a true inspiration to all of us~

樂觀看待人生的Frichel 在他19歲的那年就跟隨著通過婚姻仲/郵購新娘 認識兩年的丈夫從菲律賓搬來了台灣生活。雖然她圓了小時候嫁外國人住國外的夢，但異國婚姻長久溝通代溝的代價到最後換來的是丈夫在言語以及肢體上的虐待。

Fricel為了兩個孩子，她勇敢地選擇帶著兩個青少年離開10幾年來的婚姻生活。老天也非常這個勇敢有耐心的單親媽媽。剛離婚他就順利地找到在台中乳酪名店 學習著怎麼做乳酪。五年下來，Frichel她也變成了一位乳酪達人！
