  • S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat #2: I Am Here, Kill Me

Capture of the May 7 stream. This is the second stream in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat series.

The game is modded, though the only installed mod is the Pripyat Reclamation Patch by MrSeyker and Artistpavel. While Call of Pripyat has few bugs remaining in its code, there are still some, and this project claims to take care of most of those. It also offers a few optional modifications, some of which have been enabled:

    • Better Bullet Piercing
    • Dunin Ammo Aggregation
    • Fire Dynamic Lighting
    • Real Weapon Names
    • Silent Nightvision (only "active" sound)
    • Weapon Attachments
    • Wear Your Goddamn Helmet
    • Weather Tweaks

    • Pete Sieger - What Did You Learn In School Today ？

      Lyrics by Melvina Reynold

Greame Alright translated them in French very poetically

From Pete Seeger's LP of 1963:"A Link In The Chain"

      Composer, Lyricist: T. Paxton

      Lyrics

What did you learn in school today,
      Dear little boy of mine?
What did you learn in school today,
      Dear little boy of mine?

I learned that Washington never told a lie.

I learned that soldiers never die.
      I learned that everybody's free,
And that's what the teacher said to me.
      Chorus
That's what I learned in school today,
That's what I learned in school.

What did you learn in school today,

      Dear little boy of mine?
What did you learn in school today,
      Dear little boy of mine?
I learned that policemen are my friends.
I learned that justice never ends.
I learned that murderers die for their crimes
Even if we make a mistake sometimes.
      Chorus

What did you learn in school today,

      Dear little boy of mine?
What did you learn in school today,
      Dear little boy of mine?
      I learned that Government must be strong;
      It's always right and never wrong;
Our leaders are the finest men
And we elect them again and again.
      Chorus

What did you learn in school today,

      Dear little boy of mine?
What did you learn in school today,
      Dear little boy of mine?
      I learned that war is not so bad;
      I learned about the great ones we have had;
We fought in Germany and in France
And someday I might get my chance.
      Chorus

      Paroles

      Qu'as-tu appris à l'école, mon fils

      A l'école aujourd'hui ?
      Qu'as-tu appris à l'école, mon fils
      A l'école aujourd'hui ?

      J'ai appris qu'il n'faut mentir jamais

Qu'il y a des bons et des mauvais
Que je suis libre comme tout le monde
Même si le maître parfois me gronde
      C'est ça qu'on m'a dit à l'école, Papa
      C'est ça qu'on m'a dit à l'école

      Qu'as-tu appris à l'école, mon fils

      A l'école aujourd'hui ?
      Qu'as-tu appris à l'école, mon fils
      A l'école aujourd'hui ?

Que les gendarmes sont mes amis

Et tous les juges très gentils
Que les criminels sont punis pourtant
Même si on s'trompe de temps en temps
      C'est ça qu'on m'a dit à l'école, Papa
      C'est ça qu'on m'a dit à l'école

      Qu'as-tu appris à l'école, mon fils

      A l'école aujourd'hui ?
      Qu'as-tu appris à l'école, mon fils
      A l'école aujourd'hui ?

      A l'école aujourd'hui ?
      Qu'as-tu appris à l'école, mon fils
      A l'école aujourd'hui ?
