This week's guest’s soul has clearly been on a journey with my soul through space and time. And in our present soul’s journey this week’s guest, Eric Beil, is my nephew.
I hope this connection is as evident to our listeners as it is to Eric and I. This is the first show to produce two Howardisms.

You end up laughing, having a great discussion, and even learning a little something. This week Deron Shields leads the conversation, teaches us how to “walk with your eyes” – and reminds us of the importance of coaching sports.

Deron is a member of the Sea Cloud Sports Wall of Fame - Sports Wall of Fame | Foster City California. I put this in the liner notes to inspire you to look in your community at your “Sports Walls of Fame” These are the men and women who volunteer (or are paid very little) to coach young people. They may be coaching soccer, volleyball, baseball, etc,… but what they are really doing is teaching team, mentoring young people on how to win and lose graciously, along with the value of hard work.
