Another episode on ownership- this time on how to take your s*t together and own what is yours, at work, in relationships - basically in every sphere!
I got inspired by the book "Extreme ownership How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win" by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Let's approach the concept of ownership from a different angle! Ownership = setting boundaries. Big word, big meaning and big action behind it. The reason I decided to bring it up, is that so many times I realise people don't want to take ownership and try to dump their issues/tasks on others and then expect results and complain if things don't happen.
In this episode I want to talk actually about NOT taking ownership consciously and setting boundaries, so a bit of a different spin. Sounds interesting? Grab some drink, make yourself comfortable and let's get started!

Inspired by Adlerian Psychology - punishment & praise are useless and out of date.
It creates an unequal dynamics and relationship between two people and that doesn't seem to be a solid base to create trust and safe. Is it the same for work environment? Can we live without punishment and consequence of our actions? Check out more in this episode!
