In this episode of Lead by Design I welcome Caidyrn Roder and Olivia Burmester, co-founders of ProSocia, a consultancy focused on improving organisational collaboration and effectiveness.
They discuss their backgrounds, the founding of ProSocia, and the importance of people-centric leadership. The conversation delves into topics such as collaboration, the impact of leadership, the differences in organisational culture between Scandinavia and Australia, and the challenges and rewards of starting a new business.
We also go off on some fun philosophical tangents to reflect on prosperity, purpose-driven work, and continuous improvement beyond work into personal life.
