There are a lot of ways that you can help 1 million business owners in 2032. You have a seat at the table towards this mission. If we all work together, we'll all be able to look back and say helping 1 million businesses was not nearly a big enough goal.

At times, it can feel downright impossible for leaders to make sure everyone is focused on the right “next step”. In this episode, Julie shares three questions every employee and staff member, or key contractor, should be able to answer about the company and their own work.
