Rob Wegner served as a teaching pastor at Granger Community Church in Granger, Indiana, for 21 years, and four years at Westside Family Church in Kansas City. Currently, he is one of the founders and directors of the Kansas City Underground, a mission agency and decentralized network of missionaries and microchurches in Kansas City. KCUG's forty vision is to have a missionary on every street and a microchurch in every network of relationships, connecting with training Hubs throughout the city, saturating Kansas City with the beauty, justice, and Good News of Jesus. Rob also serves on the leadership team of NewThing, helping churches form networks to pursue the Mission of Jesus together. Rob is also an author, his latest books are Find Your Place: Discovering Your Calling Through Your Gifts, Passions, and Story (Zondervan),Brian Phipps and this theme book for Exponential 2019, Made For More, which he co-wrote with Todd Wilson. His latest book is a collaborative work with NYT Bestselling author Ori Braffman, Alan Hirsch, and Lance Ford called The Starfish and The Spirit: Unleashing the Leadership Potential of Churches and Organizations. Rob's wife, Michelle, and their three daughters, Maddie, Whitney, and Belle, own his heart completely.
Lance Ford is the co-founder of the Sentralized Conference in Kansas City. He blogs at www.sentralizedgathering.com. With over two decades experience as a pastor and church planter, Lance is a writer, coach, and consultant who has designed unique training systems currently being used by networks, seminaries, and leaders throughout the world. His passion is to give himself to resourcing and equipping churches and leaders anywhere and everywhere as they develop missional lifestyles. Lance holds a Masters Degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. His book, Right Here Right Now: Everyday Mission for Everyday People, was co-authored with Alan Hirsch. He serves on the National Leadership team for Forge America Missional Training Network.
