Have you ever struggled with self-doubt or lacked self-confidence when it comes to sharing your gifts, talents and work with the world?  In today's episode, I share 3 faith-based strategies for overcoming self-doubt by cultivating more God-Confidence:
Confront your thoughts of self-doubt -- raise your awareness

  • (33) How to move past thoughts of “I can’t, I’m not, I’ll never”.....
Have you ever said to yourself:
    I could never do that!
    I can't handle _____!
    I'm not good at _____!
I'll never be able to ___!
I don't have the time, talent or qualifications to do __.
So many of us are flooded with limiting beliefs such as I'm not, I'll never and I can't. Often times, these beliefs are so embedded in our subconscious that we don't realize how they are negatively impacting our identity, well-being, and growth in life. But we can choose to believe differently because beliefs are our choice.
In this episode, my guest co-host--Crystal Heard and discuss the dangers of limiting beliefs along with strategies for moving beyond them so we can become and do every single thing God has purposed for us to do and become.

This psychological phenomenon is called imposter syndrome. ✨ ✨ In this episode, I sit down with a licensed professional counselor to discuss the five different imposter archetypes, hear how they often show up in your life and receive 7 practical AND spiritual strategies for how to overcome it. ✨ ✨ For additional resources such as an imposter test, be sure to check out my blog titled "Overcoming Imposter Syndrome" at www.radhikacruz.com ✨ ✨ If you liked this episode, would you please consider rating it 5 stars and leaving one or two sentence review on iTunes? • (30) He struggled with painful strongholds in his mind and heart, VIP interview PART 2 with Pastor Rob Champion
We are most open to change in ourselves and our world when the pain of us staying the same exceeds the pain of change.
    .
🎯Yes change often brings pain but pain is a necessary part of our growth, healing and freedom process. If we avoid the pain of change, we avoid growth, healing and freedom.
    .
🎯Now, not everything about change and growth is painful. But God uses our painful experiences such as failure, loss , betrayal and disappointment to develop our character and expand our perspective.
    .
🎯The key is learning how to grow through our pain. Especially when we can't see any purpose for it.
    .
In this episode, you‘ll hear how to conduct your own root cause analysis so you can identify the strongholds that need to be torn down in your life so you can live with more freedom, confidence, courage and peace.
