All the time, it is those people who show up that God wants to use. It's not just their, skills, qualifications or talents. God just wants them to show up.
Can you?
When you were young, who were your heroes?
Who did you want to become?
Who did you pretend to be?
Whose posters did you have on your bedroomwall?
Aspiring to be like someone else is natural.
Let me ask you a question: As you grew up, didyour parents or anyone ever ask you this question: Do you want to become like Jesus?
After the resurrection, the apostles didn't simply say, “Jesus is alive.” They built an entire theology, identity, and mission around the risen Christ.
