This week, while getting ready for a run, I realized that I was allowing myself to "try" to get the run done, but maybe not holding myself accountable to get it done. It made me think about being a leader and how I now hold myself accountable while running my business as a solopreneur. Am I allowing myself to "try" to run my business successfully or am I holding myself accountable to do the things needed to keep it moving forward? How about you, as the leader? Are you holding yourself accountable for leading your team and getting the right work done, or are you only accountable when someone gives you benchmark to measure your progress? Let's talk about this and become the leaders we are meant to be...thinking with our head and leading with our heart.
