Trina Golden Primary Principal of Owenabue Educate Together in Carrigaline, Cork. Previously the Principal of Ennis Educate Together, she also posts regularly on her Instagram account From Tiny Acorns that has almost 13,000 followers who she supports with down to earth advice on all things education including her unique passion for interpreting circulars! Dr. Annette Geoghegan is a Deputy Principal in a large urban national school in Navan and is currently on job share and working in Carlow. Her doctoral research focused on career change teachers - what motivates them to join the profession and what factors influence their decision to leave the profession. She has recently had her first peer reviewed article published in the Irish Educational Studies Journal.

Conor Hayes is Teacher, Guidance Counsellor and holds an API role as Year Head. He is also co co-coordinator of TY, wellbeing and has been LCA coordinator in the past. Dr. Ciara O' Donnell's specialisms are in the areas of curriculum, pedagogy and leadership but in particular teacher professional development . She has had a long and varied career in teacher CPD and As National Director of the PDST she led Ireland's first cross sectoral and multi disciplinary support service. She has worked in CPD since the early days and has lots of insights to share. In this episode, she will chat about the history of CPD, the quality of CPD provision for Irish teachers as well as how teachers' own approaches to CPD can play a key role also.
