Herexpertise extended to Wellbeing in Education, Child Protection, as well as both Junior and Senior Cycle SPHE and RSE. She has recently established her own private consulting service, named "ElevateSPHE," where she continues to provide support to school leaders and teachers in the area of health and wellbeing.In this episode, we explore the Wellbeing Policy Statement and Framework for Practice, including Key Areas, Indicators of Success, and Statements of Effective Practice and how to create the required wellbeing promotion review.

Dr. Annette Geoghegan is a Deputy Principal in a large urban national school in Navan and is currently on job share and working in Carlow. Her doctoral research focused on career change teachers - what motivates them to join the profession and what factors influence their decision to leave the profession. She has recently had her first peer reviewed article published in the Irish Educational Studies Journal.

He has a Diploma In Education Law from The Law society of Ireland and is currently undertaking a Master of Education in Leadership and Management in Maynooth.
