For those of you who are not familiar with the Dane County TimeBank, it operates on the timebanking model and this is how it works: when members provide a service for other members, one TimeBank Hour is earned for each hour spent providing the service. Members can then exchange each TimeBank Hour earned for an hour of service from someone else. The Dane County TimeBank is also actively involved in the restorative justice initiative for youth in Dane County, WI.
