More About Ryan Ermeling:

There are a lot of coaches and consultants for Christian organizations out there. Here’s what makes me different from almost every single one of them:

I’m not a Christian educator, pastor or church worker. I’m an entrepreneur.

Over the course of 15 years, I transformed a garage start-up into the largest video streaming provider in collegiate athletics. Stretch Internet worked with nearly 600 schools, experienced double-digit growth in 14 out of 15 years and was named to the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America.

But in 2018, God put a new calling on my heart, and I sold my business to a global capital venture firm so I could devote time to that new pursuit.

Now, through my Seven Marches consultancy, I translate business concepts into tools (like www.parentpulse.com and www.measure.church) that help churches, Christian schools, missional non-profits and Christian business leaders. I pull practical insights from my 15 years as a CEO. I utilize principles from Disney and Amazon and Intel. I infuse ideas from authors like Daniel Pink and Chip and Dan Heath. I help leaders tap into the wisdom and real-world experience of leaders like Ed Catmull (former Pixar CEO), Marc Randolph (co-founder of Netflix) and Bob Iger (Disney CEO).

Innovation happens at the intersection of diverse ideas and concepts – like business and ministry. Let’s work together to think differently about your ministry and bring tangible momentum to your mission to show Jesus to your community.

Learn more about Pat Ferry!

Pat Ferry’s long and successful track record of executive leadership running a complex organization, forging numerous international partnerships, overseeing dozens of operational units and work functions, maintaining (and growing) a large budget, and dramatically increasing a university’s endowment speaks for itself. But such accomplishments are not his most important legacy nor were they his primary motivation. His own LCMS college experience was singularly formative. Pat’s successful tenure as a Lutheran university president is a testimony to the powerful, transformational experience of our Lutheran tradition. Pat is a thoughtful, trusted leader with a proven history of high-level problem solving and consensus building, inspiring more people to walk together for the sake of the Gospel.

Learn more about Lexi and Micah!

Lexi joined the LINC family in 2020.  She is a life-long teacher and learner serving classrooms in urban and suburban settings for 15 years.  She has her Master’s degree in clinical mental health, and has provided support and care to individuals experiencing unplanned pregnancies in Chicago’s South Loop and in Chicago’s west side.  Her therapy work also brought her to Reclaim13, an organization that supports survivors of trafficking through life-on-life homes and therapeutic and spiritual care.  She also served as clinician in the Emergency Department in the area of crisis intervention.   Lexi’s mission work led her to begin mentorship and restoration programs in Chicagoland and Guatemala.  She is passionate about holistic discipleship, worshiping an infinite God who cares for our intimate needs, body, mind, and spirit.

Micah serves as Lead Pastor at St. Peter Lutheran Church & School in Arlington Heights, Illinois — the future home of the Chicago Bears! — the same ministry to which he was sent out of seminary 15 years ago. Together with his wife, Sarah and their two teenage children, Eva and Drew, Micah is committed to bringing the light and love of Jesus to their neighborhood, living out their family vision to be “The Brightest House on the Block.”
