LEAD Albania, a fellowship program similar to the White House Fellows Program, aims to provide gifted young Albanian professionals with first-hand experience governing Albania. Fellows are assigned to senior positions within the Prime Ministry, Office of the President, Ministries, Governing Institutions of the Justice System, and Municipality of Tirana.
The Fellowship experience is supported by an educational component where Fellows participate in seminars on European integration, public policy, decision-making, foreign policy, security policy, leadership, and soft skills development. The program envisions that Fellows will not only learn in their positions but also contribute significantly to the host institutions' productivity, efficiency, and innovativeness.
Alda Shabani, LEAD project manager presents the program to our audience.
Ines Stasa, LEAD Fellow at the Municipality of Tirana shares her experience.
Dorina Patuzi, LEAD Fellow at the Ministry of Tourism and Environment.
