In behavioral health, where patients’ mental and emotional wellness hangs in the balance, compassionate leadership has a ripple effect.

In the DBH program, we frequently discuss the Quadruple Aim, and compassionate leadership directly supports the fourth aim: improving the work-life of providers (Sinsky, 2014).
