What's it like to become a leader when you're still young? In this month's podcast with Pr. Cristian Copaceanu we discuss what it takes to step beyond the status quo and step into your calling as a young person. Cristian amazingly had the vision at the age of 24 to start a Christian-based radio station to reach his community in the country. He made this a matter of prayer and found people suddenly sending finances to make his and church's dream a reality. What started with one radio station multiplied over the years to become a national network of over 170 stations reaching over 7 million people in Australia (that's 1 in 4 Australians!) It's no surprise this radio station has been called "Faith FM". Faith FM airs content on the Bible, health, marriages, and parenting. You can check it out at: https://faithfm.com.au/
Cristian reflects that young people have a powerful asset available to them: energy and time. Looking back on his experience with Faith FM he encourages young people to do greater things for God when they dream big but start small, step out in faith, and trust that God can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think!
Do you ever get negative thoughts floating around in your head? Just a few? Chances are you and I are plagued by negative thoughts all day, every day. In this month's episode we do a deep dive with Jennifer Jill Schwirzer to find out how you can escape the trap of negativity and embrace positivity. It all begins with growing with gratitude. Gratitude is your vaccine to keeping negativity in check. We do this by getting super practical and discussing:
1. The FAR technique (Finding, Arguing with, and Replacing your negative thought with something real and truthful);
2. Understanding how life is never going to be perfect and realising that gratitude grows in the midst of imperfection and challenges;
3. Doing three kinds of stretches: gratitude, social, and self-care.

India made international headlines when the deadly delta variant swept through the land devastating countless lives. Haunting images online remind us of the funeral burn piles that were set up, families who were left mourning the loss of a loved one.
It would have been easy at this time to sit back and do nothing, hoping and praying the virus would mysteriously disappear.
But this wasn’t the case for one person. In this incredible podcast, we interview Pr Josh Komanapalli who didn’t just help his community - he went to another level - he embraced his community by building the first ICU from scratch to assist Covid patients in the small town of Amalapuram, India. Hear the amazing story of how God provided the funds and how God can do the impossible for others we care for when we just believe!
Josh Komanapalli is the pastor of Beach City Church, soon to be renamed to Impact Church. He lives and serves in Vizag, on the east coast of India, with his amazing family whom he loves.
We all want to receive God’s richest blessings - especially the cash ones! We pray for them, work for them and wish them on our friends. But what happens when you realize that you truly are blessed, but that your spiritual life has been damaged in the process? Is it possible to be financially secure without becoming spiritually bankrupt?
We are joined by special guest, Julian Archer, to discuss this topic. At a young age, Julian, would find himself at the helm of two highly successful businesses: running the largest olive tree nursery in the world, suppling over a million olive trees every year into the Australian industry, and producing the highly lucrative olive leaf extract, a herbal medicine, exported to over 25 countries around the world!
Somewhere between joining the world’s wealthy in the revered “1% Club” and becoming spiritually empty, God knocked on the door of Julian’s heart. What happened next is incredible…
Julian Archer is founder of the global ministry Faith vs Finance and author of the book, HELP! I’ve Been Blessed! How to stop God’s blessings from becoming curses. To find out more about Julian’s work check out the website: https://www.faith-vs-finance.org
