Leaders have a responsibility for the tone of the organisation and do this via code of ethics and standards. Sadly the behaviours and actions that are allowed in the organisation do not always reflect the intention of these words. 

Leaders when we allow jokes that discriminate about gender, race, identity sexuality or any topic that is derogatory in nature, it says something about our organisation and a lot about our leadership.

Harassment has no place in our organisations.
