The podcast is for leaders at all career stages and is focused on make the concepts of great leadership accessible and inclusive.  Eric leans on his 20+ years of C-Level leadership experienced to create real-life examples for discussion, including lessons learned through both the ups and downs. 

Alex brings the voice of young professional just starting his career and relates his experiences on the receiving end of various leaders.  

We'll also have some great guests on to discuss their experience on the path to becoming great leaders.

Eric's passion comes across in each episode, which may include a few cuss words.  The episodes will be marked explicit, but it's nothing that couldn't be listened to by a teenager.
