Preston shares with me his personal experiences with racism and what we can all begin doing individually to help shed more light on the issues that our black brothers and sisters face. In this new episode of the Leaders Create Leaders podcast, I sit down with one of the most influential and successful speakers of our time Trent Shelton to discuss the current reality of our nation and what we can do to support the black lives matter movement.

Trent is most famously known for his transformative non-profit organization, Rehab Time, which is dedicated to helping people through the darkest of times. We go deep into racism in American and how it’s impacting our brothers and sisters from the black communities.

A major lesson I’ve learned over the past couple of weeks is that I need to continue educating myself about the racism that goes on in our country before having any kind of opinion about it and I suggest you do the same. There’s a powerful documentary on Netflix called “13th” and it’s very relevant to why we’re seeing uprisings in our county today.
